FEATURES OF REPRODUCTIVE FUNCTION IN WOMEN WITH MISCARRIAGES

The aim of the study was to analyse reproductive function women with miscarriages among population Lviv region. data results medical and genetic counseling 120 who visited center “Institute Hereditary Pathology National Academy Medical Sciences Ukraine” were analyzed. obtained indicators compared similar parameters control group: 80 healthy asked for family planning consultation. A group miscarriage formed features menstrual function, somatic, gynecological history in comparison women. It found that majority (47 (39.2%) aged 31–15 years 74 (61.6%) by social status employees. 52 (48.0%) main had onset menarche significantly later – after 15 old, 25 (20.8%) them duration cycle 28–85 days 11 (9.1%) 35–55 (p < 0.05). Women more likely have a complicated somatic these are 86 (71.7%), mainly due pathology cardiovascular system 27 (22.5%), against 43 (53.75%) 9 (11, 2%) <0.05), respectively. All (100.0%) frequent complications stillbirths. In this figure (13.7%) 19 (23.8%) respectively (p<0.05).
